Mountain Lion (OS X 10.8) Users
You may need to change your gatekeeper security preferences to allow installation of apps downloaded from "Anywhere."Gatekeeper options are found in Apple menu > System Preferences… > Security & Privacy > General tab under the header "Allow applications downloaded from:"
Once Aqua Data Studio has been installed and launched you can enable Gatekeeper with your preferred settings again.
