In order to keep our pricing ultra competitive while delivering industry-leading customer service and product features, we are changing our Aqua Data Studio license types and terms on May 1, 2018.

License Types

Existing license types are being phased out and replaced with new license types; this is independent of the license terms.

Grandfathered License Terms New License Terms

Any license agreement signed prior to May 1, 2018 will be honored as signed. You can continue to renew your maintenance before your yearly expiry date, and your terms will be unaffected.* If you hold a license that is NOT under a current maintenance contract, you must renew before May 1, 2018 to take advantage of grandfathered license terms.**

* On or after May 1, 2018, all licenses whose maintenance contract is not renewed before the expiry date, and are renewed thereafter, will be subject to new license terms.

** If a license key falls outside a current maintenance contract (aka expired) and is not renewed before May 1, 2018, the prior license agreement is null and renewal will be subject to new license terms.
